The Bandon Classic loop is the local quick spin road route. With great ocean vistas leading to wooded cranberry bogs, this 12 mile ride will take you to the outskirts of town and back. The route can easily be accessed from anywhere in town; those looking for food/restrooms should park in Old Town Bandon. Route has a half mile section on Hwy 101 with a good shoulder. Most of the route is low traffic. During summer the route is best early in the day to avoid summer north winds.

Head South on the beach enjoying amazing views of Face Rock, Haystack Rock, Coquille Point, and much more. During minus tides, experience riding through natural rock tunnels. For an easy ride back, take beach access point #154 for Devils Kitchen vista point and head North on Beach Loop Rd.(see route map) or make the ride out and back on the sand. The ride can be extended longer by heading further down the beach past Devils Kitchen.

This loop route can be started from any spot along the route, but most will start at The Sixes Grange(44556 US-101, Sixes, OR 97476). Head up Sixes road along the beautiful Sixes River passing campgrounds and river access points. 16.5 miles from Hwy 10

This loop route can be started from any spot along the route, but most will start at The Sixes Grange(44556 US-101, Sixes, OR 97476). Head up Sixes road along the beautiful Sixes River passing campgrounds and river access points. 16.5 miles from Hwy 101, you make a right on Road 5201 where the gravel begins. Keep an eye out for Bigfoot. Following road 5201 you will have wooded mountain views and then descend into the Elk River where you will find the pavement at Butler Bar Campground.
